OHS for livestock handlers

National accreditation code RTC2701A.

This half-day program is ideally suited to those individuals or organisations who work in close conjunction with livestock selling centres throughout the state. Participants who fulfil the program requirements will receive a nationally recognised certificate of competence in occupational health and safety. Livestock selling agents will receive points towards their annual licence renewal.

This workshop covers OHS responsibilities for employer and employee; hazard identification; risk assessments; safe work method statement development.

Fee: $180, includes manual.

Maximum of twenty people; requires ten to run.
