Day 1:
- OH&S issues with bore and windmill sites
- Service and repair activities
- Risk control measures discussed and implemented
- Range of bore and windmill designs and applications identified and discussed
- Strip down a windmill gearbox and a range of bore pumps in a workshop and discuss servicing and repair procedures
Day 2:
- Identify and control hazards at a bore and windmill site
- Identify service and repair needs
- Correctly use and maintain specialist tools
- Safely complete service and repairs
- Record and document service and repairs
