Description: A course for landholders and small business owners to explore alternative business structures.
Cost: After NSW Government subsidy, $345 incl. GST.
Course aim: To assist landholders and small business owners to explore alternative business structures and identify the most suitable structure for their enterprise.
Learning outcomes:
  • Identify the advantages and disadvantages of different business structures
  • Compare sharefarming agreements and lease agreements
  • Describe the importance of Wills, business agreements and emergency plans in managing a farm enterprise
