Name: Managing conflict at work
Description: A course for those interested in developing skills in managing conflict and identifying appropriate behaviour in the workplace
Cost: After NSW Government subsidy, $400 incl. GST.
Course aim: To assist participants develop skills in managing conflict.
Learning outcomes:
  • Develop clear boundaries for behaviour in the workplace
  • Identify and use techniques and strategies for managing conflict and unwelcome behaviour
  • Develop an awareness of acceptable and unacceptable behaviour in the workplace
  • Develop assertive behaviours that are non-aggressive in response to conflict
Length: 1 day
Course program/structure:
  • Behaviour in the workplace
  • Strategies for managing conflict
  • The influence of experience on interpretation and conflict management
  • Practise conflict management and resolution strategies
Resources and method of delivery:

Participants receive course training materials.

This course is delivered indoors.

Accreditation: This is a non-accredited course.
