Cost: After NSW Government subsidy, $285 incl. GST.
Course aims: To improve your negotiation and communication skills
Learning outcomes:
  • Develop negotiation skills that can be used in dealings with suppliers and customers
  • Identify strategies to manage and resolve conflict
  • Develop effective interpersonal communication skills
Length: One day

  • Types of negotiation
  • What makes a good negotiated outcome
  • When to negotiate
  • Formalising negotiations
  • Avoiding animosity if things go wrong
  • Preparing for negotiation and negotiation tactics
Resources and method of delivery: Participants receive course training materials.

This course is delivered indoors.
Accreditation: This is a non-accredited course.
