How to enrol

To enrol for a course, you may use the 'Course registration and payment' form (download form), or write a letter to us stating the course(s) you wish to apply for, and providing the other details required by the form.

Applications will be received up to 10 working days prior to course commencement. Late enrolment applications will be accepted if a course is not full, and if appropriate arrangements can be made for equipment, catering and other matters.

Early application is strongly advised, as all courses have limited group sizes, and, in the case of some courses, those limits are as small as four or eight people.

Payment must accompany enrolment application forms. Places in a class are reserved upon receipt by MRSC of full payment, unless we send you written confirmation of alternative arrangements.

Confirmation of enrolment

A receipt, together with a letter showing course times, precise venue and advice on accommodation, will be sent to confirm your acceptance in the course.

Requests for special services

Applicants to any course who have a need for special information or services should contact the Short Course Enquiry Officer on 1800 628 422.

Course cancellations

Should it be necessary for MRSC to cancel a course, those who have registered will be notified by telephone as soon as possible, and full fees will be refunded.

Refunds and withdrawals

If a course is fully booked, fees of subsequent applicants will be refunded and the applicant will be given priority at future offerings of the course. Notice of your intention to withdraw or transfer from a course must be received at least 5 working days before the course commencement date if a refund (less administration fee of $50) is required. No refunds or transfers will be given if notification is received within 5 working days of a commencement date.
